What is stored and why

Only what you write in the booking request (name, mobile, email if given, your idea, dates) and the photos you upload. It is used solely to reply, prepare your sketch and quote and, if there is an appointment, organise it. The legal basis is your consent, given when you send the form.

For how long

If no appointment follows, it is deleted after 6 months. If there is one, it is kept as long as the law requires for invoicing.

Who it is shared with

Nobody. It is stored on the website's server and photos are saved without hidden camera data such as location.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to gingertattoo.miriam@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
